Terms of Service

By using MultiHub, you agree to these terms. We aim to provide transparent, professional media editing tools.

1. Service Description

MultiHub provides a suite of online tools to format, edit, and transcribe media files. Access to features and processing capabilities are determined by your active subscription tier.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to process illegal, exploitative, or copyrighted material without proper authorization. You are solely responsible for the content you process using our tools.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation prevents auto-renewals but does not trigger an immediate termination of services; you will retain access to your tier's features for the remainder of the paid term.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, UI designs, and proprietary code belonging to MultiHub are the property of Pierre Crous. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these assets is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

1. Absolute Media Privacy (Zero-Upload Guarantee)

MultiHub operates on a strict on-device processing model. When you use our tools to format, crop, transcribe, or edit files, your media never leaves your device. We do not upload, transfer, view, or store your video, audio, or image files on our servers. Your content remains entirely private and securely localized to your own machine.

2. Account Data Collection

We utilize Google Identity Services for authentication. We store your name, email, and profile picture strictly to manage your workspace and active subscriptions.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We employ a strict data minimization policy regarding cookies and local storage. We exclusively use functional storage mechanisms required to operate the application and manage your session state. Specifically:

  • Session Management: We use a secure cookie to recognize you as a logged-in user so you can access your premium features.
  • Usage Limits: We use local storage to keep track of complimentary processing quotas for non-premium accounts.
  • No Tracking: We do not use cookies or local storage for advertising, behavioral tracking, or cross-site profiling.

4. Google Identity Services (GIS)

When you authenticate with your Google account, the following protocols apply:

  • Secure Authentication: We receive a cryptographically signed token (JWT) from Google to verify your identity.
  • Authorized Data: We only access the basic profile information you have explicitly authorized Google to share—specifically your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Limited Purpose: This information is used solely to provision your account, manage your subscription tier, and personalize your workspace.

MultiHub utilizes several open-source technologies to power our media engines. We gratefully acknowledge the following projects:

FFmpeg

Our media processing pipeline incorporates libraries from the FFmpeg project. FFmpeg is free software licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 or later, with certain optional components under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. FFmpeg is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard, originator of the FFmpeg project.

Transformers & Whisper AI

Our auto-subtitle and transcription tools utilize the Transformers.js library by Hugging Face (licensed under Apache License 2.0) and derivatives of the Whisper model architecture originally developed by OpenAI (licensed under the MIT License).
